Redding City Council

Council Meetings
​Meetings of the Redding City Council are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6 pm. The meetings take place in the Redding City Council Chambers, located at 777 Cypress Avenue in Redding. City Council meetings are open to the public, with the exception of closed sessions, as allowed by law. Participation by citizens is welcomed and encouraged. City Council Meetings will be televised live on Shasta Community Access Channels via Charter/Spectrum Cable channel 181 and will be rerun on Thursday at 12:30 pm during the week in which the meeting is held. Additionally, the meeting can be viewed online. Video of the City Council meetings can also be viewed at the Archived Meetings Portal. Open the City’s Agendas & Minutes Portal, click on tab named Meetings Videos, and select Redding City Council under Available Archives 2024. Then, select the desired date and click on Video to view the meeting.

Anderson City Council

The Anderson City Council meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month in the City Council Chambers on the Third Floor of City Hall located at the corner of Howard and Silver Streets.

Shasta Lake City Council

Meetings The City Council meets every first and third Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise noted) in the Council Chambers located at 4488 Red Bluff Street, Shasta Lake, CA. Meetings start at 6:00 pm. Meetings are televised on Comcast Channel 181 the following Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. and Friday at 2:00 p.m and can also be viewed here.
